: Machine arrived and initial photos taken.. I haven't started taking it apart yet, figured I'd get the other machines apart first. will probably get into this one this next week or so..

11/23/09:
This is the last of the 4 that I'm working on , have had some time to take the door off and send in parts for chrome is all, going to start removing all parts in next few days.. one photo shows door off and had to get at the bottle bezel to send in for chrome.. so this is as far as this one has gotten ... total tear down by this weekend for sure. I've included some photos of the door tear down so far ... cabinet is this weekend.

11/28/09:  Tore down the rest of the machine this weekend, vending rack and tub removed as well as all old insulation. machine was in fairly good condition on the inside, with little rust... no holes which is good. Cabinet and door sent off for sandblasting and other parts are being prepped, cleaned and set to go for reinstallation.

12/4/09:  Body and door was at Sandblaster, body guy and prepped for paint.. body had been repainted 2 times before as well as quite a bit of body work, we had to rework the body to straighten out old body work as was done poorley.  New body work was professionall done and looks great.  Pictures show it in primer , ready for paint..

12/9/09:  Picked up the Door and Body from paint today and they look great, Note that customer wanted to do in the Two toned pepsi color theme , which is a different color blue than the early solid color light blue they used,  we color matched to the correct Two tone Blue paint used by the company and painted it the correct color for a two toned machine.  Blue bottom and white top... letters will be handpainted Red.

12/21/09: Lettering was hand painted by a professional sign painter, Turned out great! ,, final assembly has begun on machine as we where waiting on some parts to be completed.... once this one is done ,they will all be ready to go..

1/11/10:  OK, I made some big progress on this one this weekend, I was waiting on the chrome to come back ,as it was needed , to but on first so I could put the door together.. so that came in late last week and we got the door assemlbed, with the new chrome bezels, and Chrome Coin entry , put on the Freshly restored Coin mechanism,, that thing alone is a work of art if I don't say so myself.. turned out great!  New insulation and new gaskets on door and it fits just perfect!.. Main cabinet got all new insulation, tub and refridgeration redone and assembled.  Coin door put on and its nearing completion... finishing up the vending mechanism soon and will just need to install , put on some new custom decals I had made for the machine, some trim and it'll be done... Should be packed up this week and ready to ship by first of next week!

11/13/10: Vending Mechanism was reassembled tested and installed back into machine, Custom Side decals where created and applied with the Pepsi Bottle Cap.. these are custom decals, not available on the open market and they make the machine look awesome.. Also trimmed it out with some chrome trim to seperated the white/blue.  The machine is running and cooling in the shop right now and working great! It really turned out nice and I know you'll love it!
