VENDO 81a Coke Machine Restoration
Customer brought in this Vendo 81a Coke Machine to get restored..
Machine was fairly complete and in decent condition...
Machine was stripped down ,all items bagged and Tagged and body sent off for sand blasting, body work and paint.
Internernals are in the process of being cleaned, prepped for paint, powder or polish..
body has been fixed up , primed and painted.. more photos to come as white is done too ,just not pictured..

powder coating and other parts are refinished and ready to be reinstalled..
Main cabeint is reinstalled with all new insutlaion, refinished tub, breaker strips and gakets
Main door is reassembled with new insulation, gaskets and door liner. Light box restored , rewired , cleaned and reinstalled.
Main door hung on cabinet awaiting other parts.
Chrome came back and was installed on Coin door.
Coin mech was restored, but due to heavy oxidation, left some pitting on some internal parts, does not affect the overall operation as it works perfectly on a dime. Coin mech was installed and tested...
Bottle stack was dissasembled, cleaned and parts where powder coated, or plated and reassembled , lubed and installed into machine along with newly powder coated shelves and sliders.
Cooling unit was restored , rewired and re-installed into machine.
bottle door was reassembled with all new glass and plexi like original, with new foam seal gasket and fasteners and springs, and reinstalled on main cabinet.
Newly chromed Crank handle assembled and re-installed on coin mech...
Side decals applied as well as the chrome seperation strip on main door and sides...
all that is left is kick plate and some front coin door graphics and machine is ready for pickup.
