Coca-Cola Vendo 81B Coke Machine Restoration
Customer order for a fully restored Vendo 81b Coke machine out of in stock inventory.
Machine is complete operating original with all orignal parts, shelves etc..
Restoration will be ground up once machine is torn down, taken apart and all will be documented here. Inital shots of machine before restoration are uploaded below and are first in the series.
Initial tear down of the cooler began and documented below in photos..
Body has been Sandblasted and is body work is being performed to remove any dents, dings etc. will be primed and prepped for paint in the coming week.
Internal parts are sorted and are being sent out for plating, chrome, powder coating and polishing.
Compressor is removed and will be stripped down, sandblasted and base unit repainted awaiting next step of new wiring and fan motors , shroud, etc.
Main Cabinet, door and small parts are at painters for painting, Body is recieving body work to remove imperfections .
Main door and small accessorie peices like coin door, bottle door, hinge and backing plate have been painted. Main door is done and will be taken to sign painter to get letters hand painted next week..
Main Door back from paint and assembled with all new insulation, gaskets, door liner, wiring for Flourescent lights and installed back onto main cabinet.
Cabinet is assembled with new insulation, breaker strips and inside shelf supports are installed...
Bottle Stack installed and coin mech installed.
Coin door and hardware installed on main door.
Compressor refinished, rewired, and installed into machine.
